The company's central office is located in Moscow, and also has 9 representative offices throughout Russia.: St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar, Crimea, Novosibirsk, Saratov and Yekaterinburg. Thanks to this, uninterrupted orders and deliveries to customers are accepted and carried out not only throughout Russia, but also in the CIS countries.

In 2018, the company launched its own trademark VET CARE, which includes the most relevant pet products and supplies for veterinarians.
